  ESC has provided services in the air emissions field since 1986.
As a State-licensed Engineering firm with a Florida-licensed Professional
Engineer on staff, ESC has the credentials and experience to provide
the services you need to address air emissions requirements. ESC
prepares air permit applications, annual operations reports, air
permit determinations, and exemption requests. If there is a noncompliance
issue, ESC can evaluate it and resolve it for you.
 ESC’s
personnel have stayed abreast of all the Title V rules affecting
industry. ESC can prepare Title V permit applications, plus determine
how Title V applies to your facility, then assist with permit modifications
and strategies which can exempt the facility from burdensome Title
V requirements altogether. ESC’s expertise and experience
can pinpoint potential pitfalls of the Title V process to assist
the Client in timely and  efficient compliance.
ESC completes Visible Emissions Testing for various manufacturing
facilities. All testing is completed in accordance with U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) Method 9. Reports are prepared and submitted
to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP).
